Gear reduction unit or a VFD is another way. I am not in favor of the pulley system. 20:1 or 15:1 reduction ratio would work. I am working on one myself. You can find a decent price gear reduction unit at surpluscenter.com. Good lucks

Hotel room in Augusta, GA is really expensive during the master week. I would recommend staying the next town closer to it, traffic is really bad too. The River walk is very interesting area, take your time to explore the area during your visit. Have a safe trip to the South.
