    So we brewed a cream ale two nights ago and made a fresh strawberry puree that I still need to pasteurize. I'm questioning when to add it. I've heard a few days into the primary and also when racking the secondary. Thanks on advance.

    new but not to brew

    Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself before I start racking brains on here. My name is Mark from Colorado. Been homebrewer for about eight years but took a few off. Glad to see a forum like this. I can truly consider myself to have a smart phone now! Cheers
