    Fermentation Question

    never had to use a blowoff tube before, always had enough room in the carboy for fermentation to happen. so woke up today with a nice mess in the basement. at this point is it ok for me to switch out the airlock with a blowoff tube or is it better to just wait it out and rack to secondary once...
