Those little foam stoppers are pretty niffty too. Pretty cheap piece of mind for me. Think they're less than $1 apiece & I get a few uses out of them.

The guy at my local welding shop told me that the only difference between medical o2 & welding o2 is the tank.

I found a box of paper tags with a string attatched at Staples pretty cheap. Think is was less than $10 for a 100. I make the tag out with the name of the brew & OG, hang it on my better bottle, then I move it onto my keg when I fill it. Cheap & easy.

Do you have any problems with carmelization boiling with the false bottom?

I do have a stir plate I built & the starters I make turn out great. The quality of my beer has really went up since I started doing starters.

over night with oxyclean does the trick for me every time.

I've got another of their pids for my rims tube & it has worked so far without any problems. It's so much cheaper than a love controller, I was worried it was a piece of junk. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for.

Has anyone have any experience with the auber 1/32 din pid? Thinking about picking one up for my HLT and was wondering if it a good product.
