    aghh...i'll wait and get back to you, hopefully someone will trade with a dual gauge reg.. I'm really looking for a 5lber with dual gauge set with the split for two kegs...

    It was made Aug 2002, was last hydro tested last year so it's still good...I got 3/4 tank CO2 in it which i've been using and is hooked up to my kegs...

    That sounds interesting...A couple years back an uncle of mine made lilikoi (passion fruit) mead using 15 lbs of kiawe (mesquite) white honey and man that thing was wicked....mango and guava interesting blend..the lime will definitely balance the sweetness of the two with tart..good idea.

    Interesting concept....they're falling here on the big island as well...might have to make a batch myself...as for bugs, just rinse and wash and chuck em into fermentor..start mashing em up... You planning on using the yellow or red variety?

    Quick questions about APFELWEIN

    Since using wine bottles and having to bottle it still, just rack directly into bottling bucket or bottles without adding the dex to carbonate.....
