Fujieagle's Kal clone build with pics

Looking good! I bought my volt and amp meter's separately and they looked similar to that. I ended up blowing them up, havent replaced them and dont intend to. I like your use of sticky pads and zipties ... makes everything much cleaner.

I recently purchased this PWM for use in a stir plate: http://www.ebay.com/itm/130574312785 I believe I have it wired correctly, there are only four terminals Input +/- and output +/-. One set is labeled +/- and the other m+/m-. I assume the +/- is the input and the other set is the output...

Is 2 vessel system basically no-sparge?

Honestly at our volume, efficiency doesn't matter. Whats an extra 2# of grain? $4 tops? (with my bulk price its $1.42) I get about 80% with a 90minute sparge on my "traditional" system. I almost wish I went with a brutus 20 system because its quicker, and honestly it seems more...

Do I really need two transformers for the Kal Amp/Volt meters?

I dont have time to read through it, but Kal sent me the link to the thread where he originally figured out that two power supplies/transformers were required: http://www.curtpalme.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15612
