Originally from Akron, Ohio.......I'm here to make some friends and learn how to make beer. My third batch is fermenting at the moment, a Mexican style cervesa for Cinco de Mayo. All 3 batches I've made have been from malt extracts. I've read and been told that all-grain brews taste much better. Therefore, I aim to learn as much as I can about making all-grain beer. Hopefully the good members of this fine website can help me along the way
