    A little advice please?

    Agreed, fermentaion can take up to 2 hours pr thereabouts, depending on the variable biochemedic mentioned above, youre good.

    Anyone considering going all grain, do it!

    Yes just did my first AG on Staurday, awesome sight to see the fermentation taking off, and was excited to hit 1.054 when my target was 1.056. AG is so much more fun.

    Will infection Signs transfer?

    Maybe the krausen just hadnt totally settled out? I really doubt it was infected though.
