Wish I had the exact list of parts but I did this a couple of years ago and honestly dont remember...either way, with the pics you should get the gist of it. Its basically an "L" shaped brass tubing combo that I put together with different parts coming out the back left corner. Its been there...

You have to remove the plastic mold on the inside door to be able to fit any kegs....if you do remove it (which is super easy and doesnt damage the fridge in any way) you will be able to fit up to 2 ball lock kegs, or one ball lock and one pin lock. If you only put one ball lock in there you...

Chocolate Oak Aged Vanilla Imperial Stout

Soo...Ive been putting this recipe together the last couple of days and thought I'd get your opinions on it....Im thinking of adding about 8tbsp of cocoa powder in the last 5mins of the boil. Then move it to secondary and add about 2oz of American oak chips and maybe 1 or 2 vanilla beans..good...

    Awesome IIPA, need opinions! :D

I know 3oz of Magnum will be pretty bitter but I want it to be an intense beer...I wrote the recipe down on hopville and I get 305IBUs. I imagine the other bunch of late additions should help it in the flavor and aroma departments. The last IPA I made I used 2oz of Summit(16-17%AA) for...

    Awesome IIPA, need opinions! :D

I want a seriously hoppy, bitter yet flavorful beer with awesome aroma. Ive made big IPAs before but I want this one to be even better. Extract with steeping grains (steep 30mins? at 150f?…thoughts?) 5gal batch…..6-6.5gal boil. Wyeast American Ale 1056 or 1272..not sure yet. (Thoughts?)...

I see...thanks for the input. Thing is, fermenting a 5gal batch in a 5gal carboy isnt such a great idea right? All Ive heard concerning fermentation is that it should be done in a container thats bigger than your batch size...how far up could I fill a 5gal carboy for it to still have...

    Kegerator Conversion: Frigidaire LFPH44M4LM

Could you fit a 6.5gal ale pail in the mini frigidaire??...its 12'' in diameter and 23.5'' tall including the airlock. If not, what type of fermenter could I fit in there that can hold a full 5gal batch?

Hey guys, has anyone done one of these with the taps through the door instead of using the tower? Id like to make it using the shanks as they are cheaper and I wouldnt have to worry about cooling the tower or anything. Would there be enough room to have the 2 shanks go in just above the...

    Summit/Chinook IIPA?

Ok, so maybe move the 45 min 1oz Chinook addition to 15 mins or 10 mins for extra flavor/aroma??...Im scared to mess around with the Summits any later than 45mins because of the onion thing...maybe when I smell em' Ill change opinions.

    Summit/Chinook IIPA?

It will be an extract only, no partial mash...bob, what do you suggest I do with the last hop additions? I already have the ingredients so I can only play around with what I have. 3oz Chinook, 5oz Summit and 2oz Cascade.

    Summit/Chinook IIPA?

http://hopville.com/recipe/1314119/imperial-ipa-recipes/everest-iipa Tweaked the recipe a bit, I think this should be much better in terms of aroma and maintaining the Summit hops chances of producing onion smell to a minimum. Does it look good?
