In my last ipa I used hop pellets. I forgot the brand but the name of them were magnum. Turned out awesome with lots of floral and citrus notes. I used some brown sugar also. Very different and every one loved the 8.5 ipa
I made a double hoped ipa the other day using a coopers extract kit. Omg it came out ****ing stupid good. I would pay 5 to 8 dollars a beer for this **** and if u drink more than 2. Be ready to forget things in the a.m. I stepped the alc to 8.5. Lots o sugar an a lil bit of brown sugar. Cheeres
That produced the gas. I did not back sweeten. No corks are pushing up yet. I'll open another bottle tonight and see what happens. I could always put it under a airlock for a week and let all the gas out right?
Yes I cleared it the day before . Could I open all the bottles and let them sit out a day. Then re cork? Of should I dump them in a bucket and stir the **** out of it with a drill to degas. I don't wanna ruin the wine it took 4 months to make
