Took a gravity reading from my Janet's Brown. Excited to see it has made it down to 1.019 and tasting great 5 days after pitching and going through an Explosive Fermentation Event. Hoping the gravity comes down a few more points.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess my original thought, was just an attempt to keep the fridge "as-new", but now realize that I will actually be adding functionality to it by installing the MFL fittings.
I am borrowing a friend's extra kegerator that is configured for commercial Sankey type keg taps. Meaning both the gas and liquid lines terminate in the 7/8"-14 female hex fittings that fasten to the Sankey tap.
Most of the "conversion" kits I have found online involve severing these...
Helped a friend clear room in his garage by 'borrowing' his extra keggerator for my intended use of a ferm chamber. Was rewarded with a guiness from his kitchen counter top built-in Guinness tap.
Dilemma now is to brew another using the ferm chamber, or keg my recently swamp cooler...
