I have a Blichmann TopTier Stand for sale. It has 2 burners, a shelf, a black iron pipe gas manifold and a March pump attached. Over $1,000 invested, I'm asking $700. You pick it up as I'm not interested in shipping something this big and heavy. Located in South Bend, IN.

I don't know what you were going for hop wise but maybe throw in the aroma hops and let them steep for a bit and then chill it and pitch the yeast. Do some troubleshooting before the next brew day. I would start with the propane hose, it looks a little long in the tooth.

I don't think this would be a good idea for anything other than a session beer. If you have any amount of krausen, it's going to clog up the liquid line. May work for 3 gallon batches of high gravity beer, I guess, but I have a 60L speidel fermenter (measures near 18 gallons at the lid) and I...

do you want to brew 30 gal batches? you'll probably want some 35-40 pots for that. That being said, there aren't many pots that size to be found. If you're looking for something to do 25 gal batches, I would suggest looking at Spike Brewing, they are active on here and there are a lot of good...

what about some sort of hardwood trim? I'm not sure if would be wide enough for the sealing surface but it would look pretty neat compared to a piece of plastic.
