    Saison Cottage House Saison

    i have made this recipe twice now and it is fantastic! 1st batch exactly as OP recipe; 2nd batch changed hops to EKG and yeast to WL 565. Both turned out great. Question: I would like to xperiment with rye in a saison. Building off of this recipe, any recommendation as to morph this into a rye...

    The Czar's Revenge---> 10 gal cooler mashtun?

    I would like to brew "Brewing Classic Style's" RIS Czar's Revenge. It has a grain bed of 23lbs. Can some one tell me if i can fit that much grain into a 10gallon cooler tun? At 1.25 qts/lb, that is 28.75 qts. thanks!

    Batch Sparging: Slow vs. Wide Open?

    Hello all. I use a 10 gal home depot cooler for my mash tun; are there any reasons or advantages to slow sparging instead of just opening the valve wide open after vorlauf? Thanks
