I brewed a brown ale with some chocolate and brown sugar to boost the OG. I got the OG up to where I wanted at 1.07 and pitched some Us-04 yeast. I have used this yeast before and it usually finishes at 1.014-1.018. I think it crushed the brown sugar as it finished off at 1.006.

You may want to check the potency of your hops. When I bought the Cascades Hops from my home brew store they were 6.8% AA. The original recipe calls for 5.5%. You would have had to decrease the amount of the hops you used to bitter.
Mine is two weeks in the bottle also. Pretty good brew. Maybe not bitter enough for me, and I even screwed up and made it more bitter - see above.
I get some super sweet honey flavor from this beer too. Maybe too much Crystal 10. I didn't add coriander though, so I am losing some...
Any idea why when I plug this into Beersmith I get 17.5 ibu?
I adjusted the recipe to fwh 1.75 oz of 6.8% cascade, and then .75 oz at the three boil stages to give me 30.1 IBU all of 6.8%
