    ? 1.8 OG iipa, 3weeks in primary, pitched my dry hops yesterday... Was going to rack in five days. But it calls to cold crash it to 32 for a coulée days before Kegging... Wait or cold crash?

    Thank you for the reply.... I will post back after and let you know how the experiment went... Four different beers out of one batch.. Trying to find a good lime beer... how much of the tea favors did you get threw to the end product

    I found a really good tea that i would love to try and replace my water in the wort boil with a blk tea. It has lime, coconut, and blk tea.. Is it ok to have caffein in the fermentation?? this is the only thing im worried about... you would have to sit down and drink some of this very tea...

    Thanx man, I think there was change in fermenting temp... Had a blow off and I cooled it when I moved it to the basement... 74f pitch temp( receit called for this)... Then cooled it to 71 next day... And over swung to 66f and then back to 68 constant to date... Lol...

    NoW I think the only reason she is mad is due to thr fact I couldn't give an explanation on what it meant... Doing what most swmbo's do, she expected this a bad term... Second, was proably because I found out why use a blow off tube... Beer everywhere!!! Walls, ceiling, and of coarse the floor...
