After 3 years of limited success making wines exclusively from fresh fruit, I decided to try my hand at brewing beer. My first batch was a 5 gallon coopers kit/kilo. After it turned out surprisingly well, I was hooked. Since that point I have invested in an all grain set up consisting of a mash tun, HLT, and a propane burner.
I'm still new at this with less than 10 five gallon batches under my belt, but at this point there is no turning back.
