    Kegging Cider Question

    Use pot K and campden to kill the yeast, keg it and age it for however long you want. then sweeten to taste and carb. Or you could sweeten, then age.

    I would like some advice re: septic drain field repair

    Well, they came out yesterday and dug a huge trench in my yard. When tracked down where all the lines were laid out in the yard, they figured out there's not enough room to put in new lines. However, there were six lines total, but only 2 have been functioning for the past who knows how long...
