    Thanks for the info everyone. I'll try it at 60, then up to 70+a bit. Not knowing this yeast, I guess it'll be bit of a craps shoot. But i guess I'll learn somethin from the outcome. BTW, the bottle was a 330ml bought in Ottawa at the LCBO. On the back of the bottle it says it's secondary...
