I personally don't filter my beer. However, talking with a couple guys at work, they refuse to drink hombrew (more for me?) because it isn't filtered. I think of it as a personal choice. If you want to have it filtered, go for it. :mug: Welcome!

I just finished an amber that was from the Palmer Book. Everyone that has had one loves it. Mine came out to 5.5 ish ABV and the hop notes are decent. It doesn't looks like the Amber recipe is out on his site though...

Inkscape is the open source alternative to Illustrator. It has some quirks, but it has worked out well for me thus far

Thanks for the suggestion. I moved the sunburst and I think it looks great. The dejection of the friend really comes through. Probably even more than I thought it would. Moving does suck, so why not enjoy a few beers while suffering through it. :mug:

I have a few Grassroots Ale from Great Lakes Brewing Co and Some Stone Levitation. Both are good, but I am running low. I only have 45 home brews left with no brew date in sight for at least 2 weeks...

I finally received my set yesterday and they were much more disappointing than I had imagined. I will keep them around, sans stickers, for tasting when I get the bar built in my basement. On the up side, can you really have too many bottle openers?

Waiting to bottle my 1st non hopped extract brew, but the Centennial, Mt. Hood, Willamette combo in my Amber Ale is pretty promising at this point.
