Pro brewer: Hey, you really have to try his beer.

I work as a beer, wine and spirits specialist at Whole Foods. A customer told me this.
"I didn't care for that beer. You can taste the preservatives in it."
My immediate thought, "Yes, there is hops and alcohol in that beer."
I regularly tell my beer while it's fermenting, " you are going to be so delicious. I'm going to **** you up!"
It works I guess because it is always delicious :)

They've supposedly been brewing for a while now, the fact that its an IPA gives hope for it. If they wanted to make something crappy for the masses, wouldn't it have likely been an amber ale or something similar?
Going to Destin this weekend with the family, anyone know of any must go bars/stores for beer? Any beers I should not pass up? I'm sure the wife will love to go out and eat alone sometime as well. Are there any restaurants I should try?
Thanks
Yeah, I got that. They could have just mailed them with the score sheets. It's really not a big deal, but it just seems less meaningful printing them myself. It really wouldn't have cost them much. They found the budget before.
I had a waiter tell me the other day that they got a new beer in that is really refreshing. It's oddly enough made with grass. It's called st. Arnold's lawn mower.
