The brewboard was a great site up until the past few years. There are a lot of good people that hang out over there and more than a few good recipes. Hopefully the place will get back to beer and good times instead of BS. A few bad apples always have to ruin it for everybody else.

Apparently you haven't used Key bank :mad: The only two banks I would recommend to anyone are Fifth Third bank and Colorado State bank and Trust if you happen to live in CO - all of the other ones I've done business with have blown chunks...

Even raising goats and cows isn't very economical unless you go large scale when you factor in the cost of feed, vet bills, labor, housing etc... that is why good cheese can cost more than $8-10 a lb.

It depends on the bear, it's age and what they have been sustaining themselves on. I would describe it as a bit greasier, sweeter and more gamey than venison. It makes a great stew... Wild game is funny that way - I shot some grouse years ago that were hanging under apple trees beforehand and...

I fill them up as stated above but as I pull the wand out I tip it to the side and press it against the inside edge of the bottle top at an angle. This allows me to leave about a half inch of head space.
