Cool - I'll do either 4 or 5 total and save the rest. I don't have a lot of experience tweaking recipes relative to acidity in the hops, so the responses are appreciated.
1 oz Columbus and 5 oz cascade. I feel like they accidentally doubled the dry hop quantity. I like the schedule you posted though. Maybe I'll just do 5 oz total and save the extra ounce for later...
