Do you use water the same as your mash temp?

Does anyone BIAB 5 gallon batches in 7.5 gallon kettle?

Ok I am getting ready to brew this via BIAB. Any last tips? I didn't hit my target gravity last all grain batch, and I don't want to screw this one up.

Do you carbonate the beer? Or do you just purge with gas to get rid of the oxygen the carbonate when you are ready to serve? (I ask because I use my kegerator as a fermentation chamber and I plan on putting the keg in my main fridge disconnected from gas and tap while I ferment my next brew)

Whelp I decided not to mess with it. Now it's in the carboy. I'll leave it there til October keg and carb then try then enjoy my 3.5% beer lol

Well .....crap lol. Can i just boil 5oz of priming sugar in minimal water and throw it in?

So should I call it a loss as far as ABV boosting or put in some sugar or?

Cranked it up to 64 and gave her a shake. We are getting some airlock action now. Thanks everyone.

Do you think I should be seeing some airlock activity as the temperature rises?
