    I was just looking at a chart for force carbonating volumes at different temperatures. For example, you need to apply 27 psi at 60F to get 2.77 volumes. My theory is that if you calculate your dextrose to achieve 2.77 volume (5 oz dextrose in 5 gallons liquid), your bottle will be about 27 psi...

    I work as a quality annalist for a manufacturer. It can't hurt to contact them and voice your concern. That being said, I don't think you will ever notice a difference in your beer even if NASA resurfaced the bumps off. Brew, drink, and be happy! Cheers!

    Brew Room

    The title was brew room, but I'm thinking you want to use it for fermenting or aging. For brewing, think about draining and being able to hose things down along with ventilation and gas/water supply. If you want to ferment or age, you will probably want a separate system for temp than the rest...
