    Making Traditional rice Wine. Cheap, Fun, and Different

    I used what look like the exact same yeast balls on my first batch. It came out good, but my other ones (using different yeast balls) have been better. Just like you say, a little sulfury/hot compared to the others.

    Yah it just looks somewhat oily more than anything...the photo does kind of make it look worse than it probably is. SG is at 1.014, and OG was 1.051 which puts it pretty close to FG (~72% attenuation I think). Hydro sample tasted great BTW. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Home Brew mobile app

    MW3, what is your screen name

    Hahah agreed. MW2 air support is much worse than MW3. My real grievance with this game is the spawning, it seems absolutely bizarre and irrational at times. Game's good though, I really like it.

    And I can't wait for the third:D Another game I've heard interesting things about is Rage. Anyone played? Sort of a cross blend between borderlands and fallout. It's sort of a traditional fps in how it plays, but it's a really rich environment. Tons of detail.
