brewed a Haus Pale Ale hit 1.060 OG so i deluted it with one gallon of well water after firmintation put in secondary topped with a gallon of water to get it down from 7% abv your thoughts?
Well if i wait 14 days then keg and force carb for two getting closer too 21 days , i over shot my numbers on a haus pale ale 7% abv was excellent at 21 days-
