    Hi brewers, Just after pitching the yeast on my German Bock, I closed the lid on the fermenter and installed the airlock which contained sanitized water. While playing around with the lid a bit of the sanitized water worked it's way out of the airlock and into my brew. Will this affect...

    Good to see a fellow Aussie on here Sam! Haha I'm from SA myself, the biggest thing you'll encounter this time of year is temp control.. Just keep an eye on it

    Sounds like a temp issue, I'd give the heat pad a go and see what happens.. Perhaps to 18 degrees C Worth a crack
