SO I have 2 expired Coopers bitters kits. Looking for ideas to brew them this week. Does not have to be an ESB recipe... just lookin for some ideas of what to make with them. Ales only!

I tried (half effort) to do a DIY mill (see sticky re:) if you have the patience it can work out well for ya, cheap too. I lacked this patience. I will send this out for a couple of tubes of white labs (belgians, saisons, bier de garde etc)
Thanks Ed, My second job is in a warehouse (for a dotcom that sells some things you do) your customer service matches ours, which I thought was the best I have ever seen. Gotta get me a shirt in the next round!
Hey Ed,
Got my first order from ya today, ala the HBTPCL. You are out of Ferm-cap and the packer noted it would be sent when in stock, any idea of when it will be back? Was buying for brewing this weekend...

hey about that step drill. It has been said a million places but Harbor Frieght has what you need cheap. (not a great product for long term use, but for popping holes in a kettle or two they do the job. -- think you need the one that comes in a two pack, not a three pack -- i bought both...)
Isn't it the exact same thing re-branded? Like a seed mat and the larger electric mats to wrap around a carboy? I would not leave it on a terribly long time, just enough to bump the temp up and put it in insulation... watched the whole time, on a gf plug...
here is the link to Ska Brewing... kinda neat that they push "open source craft brewing"

(also funny that with their story their state mandates a 21+ click through to access the site....)
