Hello Hombrewtalk! I am an aspiring brewer, I started all grain brew somewhat recently yet make about 1 - 2 batches per week. I love homebrew and the process of brewing - always looking forward to the brew day - the smells of crushed grain, fresh wort, hops, and yeast 
I'm trying to absorb as much knowledge about the brew process as I can because I would like to brew professionally; a homebrewing supply shop and or nano/micro project as my goal.
