    Beer Tasting Suggestions

    While my latest Weizen settles we're hosting a tasting this weekend. Can't stretch their palates too far but I'm thinking of contrasting a lager to several ales - IPA, nut brown, wheat, porter or stout. Let me know your favorites! :mug:

    Off color GF?

    My first GF batch from a kit is in the fermenter & looks like muddy water. Is that normal? Getting a slow but steady bubble for a week now. Thanks

    Chlorine for sanitation: any input on this?

    Good exchange, I'm considering bleach for my next (4th) batch. Anyone ever had a problem with film leftover, especially on the bottles, from using no-rinse? It was so bad on my last batch I had to rinse and scrub.

    It's 3am and I'm looking at my first stout brew that just blew the airlock and won't stop foaming - is there a way to stop that or should I dump it?
