I have the same question as I have overcarbed some of my beers. Even when using N.B.'s chart. I am brewing this one today and would hate to ruin it on the final stage. 1.8 vol. is that correct? So to those that bottle could you share your carbonation secrets, please? Thank you. also--...

Interesting... I just tasted the first bottle of my 9.8 gallon batch of Nut Brown Ale. First time using Beersmith instead of the N. B. calculator and it's way over carbonated. To bad, it's drinkable but nothing I care to share with anybody

Their Fat Squirrel was my go to beer until they made it seasonal. This year it seems to lack something... I'm with MNSmitty, Moon Man doesn't do much for me. My ALL TIME favorite from them was a seasonal, or special called "Smoke on the Porter"
