    Keeping the bottles away from thick residue is always important cause that makes it trickier to clean later on and the disk washer is prime final step. I have it in greater detail here if anyone wants to check it out So far its worked great for more and keeps my beer fresh and with a great head!

    ha that shows how dedicated brewers are. I just went on craigslist and got a cheap chest freezer and then a temp. control. Works very well though the chest freezer which is pretty large and is sketching on me... at least i only through down $40 for it. Time to upgrade!

    That is very innovative and something to consider. I wonder how many people do that, its a pretty good way to isolate the fermenters i guess. It might prevent a brew mess but might still get things a little wet haha good luck!
