Keeping the bottles away from thick residue is always important cause that makes it trickier to clean later on and the disk washer is prime final step.

What I like to do is fill a large bucket up with water and oxy-clean for removing labels
then rinse it clean and put them on my beer tree.

I just went on craigslist and got a cheap chest freezer and then a temp. control. Works very well though the chest freezer which is pretty large and is sketching on me... at least i only through down $40 for it. Time to upgrade!
That is very innovative and something to consider. I wonder how many people do that, its a pretty good way to isolate the fermenters i guess. It might prevent a brew mess but might still get things a little wet haha

Brew sculpture as in like some gravity or pump fed system that kinda connects all parts of AG brewing. Theres a lot of pictures of some online from really ornate to very simple.
