Made this yesterday but instead of Wyeast 1388 I used White Labs 570 as it was all I could get my hands on locally. Wow it took off overnight.

After scrolling the pictures I have realized one thing, I am very thirsty for some mead. Thanks guys.

I've been brewing for a year now and I've not moved on to AG either. Not sure why. I've thought about it some, but just haven't done it.

Doing an 80 Shilling Ale tomorrow as well as a Hefeweizen. :)

My review is one of those on their site. I brewed the extract kit and am very impressed, slightly hoppy and definately malty although it did not turn out as smooth as I'd like.

2nd batch started on Sunday. 16,375 + 5 = 16,380 gallons :tank:
