This just happened to me 2 weeks ago. It was no big deal. It just showed me that my yeast starter and stir plate were doing their jobs really well. I cleaned up, kept stir plating, and when it was done cold crashed the starter in my fridge and pitched 2 days later. The beer (a 1.058 OG IPA)...

Brewers Friend subscription. Just bought a one-year today. It's really nice to have all those calculators, notes, and recipe right there on my iPad next to me. I only hope the Internet never gets unplugged! An understanding wife and great brewing buddies too.
