Thanks for the great post just brewed a Porter and was wanting to put some Vanilla in the secondary and this helped out quite a bit with some questions I had.

Just getting into homebrewing (brewed 3 batches so far) watched my brother in law this summer and he set me up this Christmas with some gear. Now I'm wondering what took me so long. Thanks for the forum place has helped me a couple of times, in particular with the whole blow off tube. Mike
