where can I get some faucets and shanks?

I ordered a pair of the 525pc's from ritebrew.com and they ended up being around $43 shipped for the pair. Maybe I'll kick myself down the road for not going with the ss version but I'll agree with everyone else and say any Perlick is going to be much better than a standard faucet. It was nice...

    Pennsylvania Two GABF tickets-Saturday Session

Friends ended up bailing last minute and I have two tickets I need to get rid of for the Saturday evening session. Looking to sell at face value and want to sell as a pair, asking $150.

    Gabf 2013

I had a similar issue when I was trying to order the presale tickets. Once I put the member number in the browser was unresponsive. It did this on two computers and droids. Coworker said she ordered from Ticketmaster several times before and never had this happen???

    Gabf 2013

Wanted the Friday evening but kept getting the "high demand ticket unavailable" notice. Settled for the Saturday evening session. What a hassle for getting presale tickets.

Need Homebrewtalk Members help on ordering new kegs!

3 gallon and metal handle 5 gallons. I prefer the 3 gallon over the 2.5 for several reasons. When I do anything small batch I do 3 gallon batches, not 2.5. If I do split a 5 gallon batch it's generally a case of bottles and the rest in the keg and with the 3 gallon keg there's no concern of...

    3 Gallon Kegs

I purchased one and will prob end up buying atleast another 3 gallon and a 5 gallon as well. Lid and posts were all interchangeable with the 5 gallon cornies I had. Seemed nice for the money. I'm not sure how they'll hold up to heavy or long term use but for the money I'm not all that concerned.

    Coors Batch 19

I enjoyed it. If I could pick it up for $10.99 a 12 pack I'd buy more of it, but in PA my options are $9-10 a 6er and around $32 a case and for that money there's a lot of better beers I can buy.

Great beer ! From coors ???

I had this when I visited the brewery a few months back and was surprised it was very enjoyable for a coors product. I saw it recently in 6 packs and cases but it was priced around the same as some good crafts so I bought them. I'm sure I'll see it in some bars that don't have a good selection...

    Coleman vs. Igloo

Shop around, I picked up one of the Igloo cubes in the 60qt at Walmart for $25. Might be a little bigger than you need but thats rarely a problem.

Going to buy a kegerator, any thing to watch out for?

Pretty much that simple, if you have any diy skills and simple tools shouldn't be that hard. I would browse the DIY fornum to get some ideas and see what fridges are working best for people lately. I would figure you should be able to pick up fridge, two tap tower with perlicks, a decent...

Going to buy a kegerator, any thing to watch out for?

Will you only be using soda kegs in it or would you like the option to fit a half barrel? If your only using soda kegs you may want to look into some of the build threads and convert a mini fridge. Odds are you can build it a lot cheaper with better faucets and regulator than the $600 pre-built...

    Rolling boil & temperature ranges

I guess if it wasn't stupid mistakes we'd never learn anything. Now I'm eager to try again and see if I can get it right. Thanks for the replies!

    Rolling boil & temperature ranges

Indirectly I think my question is answered. I just need read rather than think and get some input to clear my head. Basically I should only be concerned about the thermometer during the mash? Once that is complete, I can essentially put the thermometer away and just bring it to a boil and let...

    Rolling boil & temperature ranges

I'm looking for a little clarification on when I should be going for a rolling boil and when I should be keeping an eye on temperature. I tried search but all the key words I used bring up almost every thread. Basically I've done about 15 or so extract batches and I'm looking to move to all...
