    Actually that was time post boil. Primary 2 weeks. Secondary with apricot 1 week. Kegged. Apricot was noticeable after 1 week in keg. really noticeable at 3 weeks in the keg.

    I used the same amount of canned apricots in an american wheat beer. I drained all the syrup I could before pureeing and adding to secondary. The apricot flavor was noticeable at about 4 weeks and gradually increased. It peaked at about 6 weeks for me.

    I brewed this 2x this Fall. The first time I used US 05 at 70F for 21 days in primary and the second time I used Wyeast 1056 at 70F for 21 days in primary. Both batches were awesome. Many thanks for this recipe!

    Thanks for the recipe! I brewed this for the first time last week. As it sits in the primary, I'm curious about how long others have left theirs in the primary and whether or not they used a secondary. Did you follow the recipe or did you shorten/lengthen the # of days? Let me know what kind...
