I have been carbing and conditioning this in the keg at 64 degrees for three weeks now. I finally had a slot open up in the kegerator and hooked this bad boy up tonight. It's not cold yet but damn it is good. I will make another batch tomorrow this one is going to go fast.

I wonder if we could figure out how much grain HBT members have bought from them over the years and let them know what they are losing. They probably don't give a hoot but still it would send a message.
Or if you do a IIPA you could dry hop the crud out of it when you got back. But I would do a Barley Wine or Russian Imperial Stout if it were me.
