I went in on a Friday around 3:30pm....and the dude told that I might not get it filled then because the compressor might be off for the day??? Apparently I was *lucky* though, and they filled it. Walking in the door to walking out might have been 10 min tops? Not that bad...Just be sure...

Hmm...just came home and tried the beer....it has a few little bubbles (and by little i mean little), but absolutely ZERO head, even if you pour it straight to the bottom of the glass. I know it's only been 3 days, but shouldn't there be *something* ?

ATM, 12psi. I kegged the beer Sat, and put 30psi on it, but unhooked the pressure line and let it sit room temp overnight (not sure my thinking behind that at the time...I blame the damn Skeeter Pee). The next day I put it in the fridge and hooked it up to 11psi. Went down to test it out last...

Does it *hurt* to have the faucet/tap hooked up while the beer is conditioning/carbing in the fridge? I didn't really think abt it hooking everything up for the first round of kegging.... :confused:

+1 more for KegConnection...I just ordered a 2 keg setup form there, and they had things shipped out that same day. If you're looking to piece things together, hit up craigslist and check out cornykeg.com for some cheap cornys. I've read good things even about their "clearance" kegs at $14...

Is it still ok to degass a week or so after adding sparkolloid and re-racking after all of the yeasties fall out of suspension?
