    Pickled eggs--recipe?

I use 2 cups of vinegar in a gallon jug, water, salt, pepper, cayenne, jalepeno's & pour in the juice, quartered onion & a couple of smashed garlic cloves.. Add eggs, fill to top with water, shake & stir & let it sit for 3 / 4 weeks - depending on how hot you like them. Agitate every couple of...

    Oxyclean & Aluminum kettle

I soaked my bottles to get the labels off in a 5 gallon plain raw aluminum stock pot. It turned black inside. I haven't used it to cook anything since, but will see if I can dissolve it out when I do with some vinegar & acids.

    Dont salt the beer!

I put a few grains of coarse ground salt in mine with a shot of lime juice. As stated, it takes some of the bitterness away and makes this homebrew I made drinkable. It sure is hard to get them lime wedges out of the bottle though ! With a can, squeeze the lime juice & salt BEFORE opening...

late night infomercial hooked me - aero garden

My wife gave me one for Xmas. I've been growing one of the herb mixes. Works good. No hassle. It would take more than one to have enough of whatever particular herb you wanted to use to have enough at the same time. I just cut off the tops of them all and throw it in the pot !

    Let's Talk Motorcycles

I have an Ultra Classic. It's the Harley experience/mistique you will miss if you buy a different brand. It's a snob/outlaw/biker club. IF I were going to buy another bike, it would NOT be a Harley. When you buy a Harley, you are buying a starter kit. To fully dress it will cost about 2X...
