I would also pay for something if it was comprehensive. It would be nice to have a quality app around when you get a sudden inspiration or find a recipe you want to enter. Picking up an EVO 4G on June 7th, so the the sooner the better!
Also, let me know if you need beta testers for it.
Mine was basically flat, which I think was from not enough corn sugar and the high ABV. I think with kegging I can control it and get it to the level more mirroring commercial variations.
After about two months in the bottle, I cracked one open.
Appearance: Black as a Coal Mine at night. Not much carbonation, though a tiny film of bubbles escorts the fluid to the bottom as it is consumed.
Aroma: There is a sweetness there, a stong aroma of licorice, the oak comes...
Brewing an amber tonight based on Jamil's Red Rocket recipe. Just mashed in. I have a bowl of candy sitting on an inverted keggle if any trick or treaters come by.
I am currently drinking the June 2009 batch of the Maharaja from Avery. Awesomeness in a bottle. By far my favorite IIPA.

I use a stainless braid wrapped copper tube attached to the bulkhead almost exactly like the one Bobby_M shows in this thread.

I don't leave very much wort behind, especially since I started using a pump. The braid works well...
I have a setup with a braid at the bottom. I heat my water in the mash tun with the lid on which pre-heats everything. When the flame goes off, I wrap three layers of reflectix (from Lowe's) around the container. The reflectix is attached by velcro.
Here is my mashtun insulated lid...
Lay a couple 2x4's on the ground parallel to each other and set the kettle on it's side between then. This will help it from rolling left to right if your foot happens to slip away a bit.
