So sorry just seeing this! Good question! It does fit 3 actually, not “about”. It fits 2 on the bottom and one on the shelf next to the gas. There is 24” of clearance from the shank to the bottom of the shelf, enough to fit a 23” 5 gal.

2nd year growth of Cascade and Nugget hops. This year has been plagued by some mysterious "powdery/cottony" looking stuff on the underside of the leaves. I have searched around everywhere and can't seem to find anything that looks similar to this.

You don't even need to use a stopper for your starter. I now just use a piece of aluminum foil over the top loosely. This still allows CO2 to escape while allowing a small amount of oxygen to mix in, helping yeast growth and still keeps bacteria from falling in.
