Wow. That was oddly corresponding timing. I'm going to be out at the coast on the 23rd but could come by that Thursday night, Friday morning, or Sunday afternoon. Or I can just drop off some kegs and pick them up on the way back through if those times don't work.

Mashing a little on the high side (~154-156*f) is about right for this beer. I typically do 1.33 qts/lb for my strike water but have been trending up to 1.5 qts/lb lately when I don't have space limitations. Really, that shouldn't matter much.
