    Should I rack?

    I would suggest leaving the beer for another 4-6 days till there is no activity. Once you see none, grab a sanitized siphon and get an Gravity reading. If you are not at your target range, keep waiting! Just sip on something else in the mean time! Cheers

    Whoa....Budweiser uses grain? Haha Great post. I think i am going to try going from primary to keg. I just started doing 5G Cornys. I'll be sure to be a proud poster of my first pour.

    First brew and first all grain attempt.

    What's great about it all man is that its something to call your own. Do not be discouraged if you dont get the right results. My first all grain was terrible! After two more attempts after that I got the hang of it. Now Ive brewed probably 5 or so all grain that are excellent. Record results...
