boil kettle ball has been added to new keggle setup...works great and eliminates top bucket and exposure to air. using pure oxygen and .5 micron stone to increase aeration and the set-up works great.

Mash for 90 minutes at 153 degrees.

Ferment 10 days at 68 degrees then crash cool & keg.
