You could try just a bit of dry baking soda on a damp washcloth too- worked for me.

I know I haven't had a problem with any of the frozen concentrated juices by Old Orchard- they have tons of different flavors and so far no preservatives other than vitamin C.

It looks more like a problem called White Fly- they can be taken care of with a teaspoon of dish soap in about a pint of water and spray them. Shouldn't hurt the hops.
