Do you do a mash out?

Do any of you mash overnight? Any success?

I have been kegging for over a year and have not had this issue. My ball lock stopped pouring. It poured for the first 3/4 perfect. When I try to pour the line is filled with foam. How do I fix this?

Do you have to add 2 packets of yeast? Why?

Put 2 lbs of smoked malt in and 9 lbs 2 row. OG of 1.070 is that too high for this grain bill?

I'm using a igloo conversion. I'm learning. I've done it twice and both times it turned out ok but that was a smaller grain bill. I'm just trying to ask those that know to make sure I am on track.

Brewed today and hit an OG if 1.065. Pretty good for my second AG.

Why crash keg? I've never done this before.

Weird question. Can I hook up the gas at 30 psi and pull it off so I can carb a different keg? I have 1 connection and 2 kegs to carb. They have separate taps.

Do you think I would get higher efficiency with batch or fly?
