    Air circulation fan in keezer...

So you guys just leave the fan running all day? Any big effects on energy consumption or do the fans have relatively low power usage?

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

Speaking of scared, I'm kind of scared to move forward with my batch of Graff. It is currently sitting in my ferm bucket going on 3 weeks. Would it be better to bottle it then let it sit or leave it in the bucket for a bit longer before I bottle it? I made lots of mistakes on brew day so I feel...

3 FLoyds Zombie Dust attempt. Help/info requested

75 degrees is quite high for fermenting... I would definitely suggest some kind of ferm chamber or if money is an issue than definitely go with a swamp cooler. I just drank my first couple of bottles about a week ago and it is one of the greatest things I have ever tasted despite a few...

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

I was excited to brew some Graff for my next endeavor but these last few reviews have been quite discouraging... I had thought that this was do-able in just a few weeks to a month but it seems like it may take months (like Apfelwein) for the taste to turn out the way it should... is this the case?

when boiling wort do you want to stir.

You want to stir every now and then to make sure it doesn't boil over.

    Weissbier Paulaner-style Hefe Weizen

Anyone try brewing this with peach? Looking to make a extract peach hefe and this one seems to be the most popular extract hefe recipe on the site so I'm wondering if just adding some peaches to a secondary would work out with this recipe. :)

How I print beer lables for cheap. small runs and long runs, waterproof-ish.

Ok cool thanks. Another couple of questions; I'm getting these printed at Kinko's or Fedex or whatever it's called now again (first labels had a typo :(). 1) I was wondering if there was a specific type of paper that would work best with this? 2) Should I just be using the color copy machines...

How I print beer lables for cheap. small runs and long runs, waterproof-ish.

Awesome labels! I have a question for you guys. How are you guys cutting your labels? Is there a fast/precise way to do it? I printed out around 40-50 labels and I want to get to labeling when I get home today but I realized that using scissors is going to take forever and is also not as precise...
