I have calculated my tap water RA to be about 105. My Calcium is around 40 ppm. When i brew dark beers i don't dilute with RO or add any salts (my mash pH is is usually in range and i have ample Ca. For amber beers, I dilute at 50% RO and increase Ca with CaCl2 in small amounts. For Pale beers...
