Overnight my fermentation process plugged my air lock and blew it off, apparently. I cleaned off the foam on top and put a new lock on top but looks like some air got down into it, the brown stuff. Is my beer still safe?
Hey I am looking at breaking into electric brewing and my question is, how important are the kettles for this? Does quality matter when it is electric heated? Or should I look at saving more money up to get the blichmans I drool over. Any help is good help! Thanks
